Healthy Chocolate Moment Pumpkin Muffins

INGREDIENTS
⅓ loving cup kokosnoot oil, inwards liquid form
½ loving cup honey
2 eggs
1 loving cup mashed ripe banana, most 2-3 bananas
1 loving cup pure pumpkin puree
¼ loving cup milk
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. body of body of water salt
1¾ cups white whole wheat flour
½ loving cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet or night chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Grease 12 loving cup muffin pan amongst non-stick cooking spray or if using liners, work amongst liners.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk kokosnoot crude oil together with honey. Whisk inwards eggs.
  4. With a wooden spoon, mix inwards the mashed banana, pumpkin puree, milk, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, vanilla extract, together with salt.
  5. Add the flour together with mix only until combined. Fold inwards the chocolate chips.
  6. Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared pan. You should move able to fill upward all 12 muffin cups.
  7. Bake for v minutes at 425 F degrees, together with then keeping the muffins inwards the oven, cut back the oven temperature to 350 F degrees, together with bake for additional 17-20 or until toothpick inserted inwards the middle comes out clean.
  8. Place the muffin pans on a cooling rack to cool. Store cooled muffins, covered, at room temperature for upward to 3-4 days.
