- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Grease 12 loving cup muffin pan amongst non-stick cooking spray or if using liners, work amongst liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk kokosnoot crude oil together with honey. Whisk inwards eggs.
- With a wooden spoon, mix inwards the mashed banana, pumpkin puree, milk, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, vanilla extract, together with salt.
- Add the flour together with mix only until combined. Fold inwards the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared pan. You should move able to fill upward all 12 muffin cups.
- Bake for v minutes at 425 F degrees, together with then keeping the muffins inwards the oven, cut back the oven temperature to 350 F degrees, together with bake for additional 17-20 or until toothpick inserted inwards the middle comes out clean.
- Place the muffin pans on a cooling rack to cool. Store cooled muffins, covered, at room temperature for upward to 3-4 days.
