- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- For the crust: In a nutrient processor, pulse the flour together with butter together until a dough forms. Add the pecans together with mix until combined. - For the Whipped Cream: Beat the heavy cream together with powdered carbohydrate until soft peaks form. Spread over pudding mixture.
- Chill dessert until ready to serve.
