12 ounces Crimini mushrooms, chopped, tough stems removed
1 pocket-sized leek, halved, rinsed amongst the white in addition to lite greenish parts thinly sliced

1 teaspoon Lycopersicon esculentum paste
2 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour
4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
1 loving cup dry out white wine
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon fresh solid position down dark pepper

½ loving cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon soy sauce
