Mexican Rice


2 cups rice long grain
¼ loving cup oil
1 pocket-size tin (8oz) tomato plant sauce
6 stems cilantro (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced garlic
4 cups H2O + one chicken flavored bouillon cubes (or iv cups chicken broth)
dash of cumin
dash of garlic pepper

  1. Heat stone oil inwards large frying pan on medium heat.
  2. Add rice together with gear upward until golden brown.
  3. Add one chicken flavored bouillon cube to iv cups H2O together with microwave for iii minutes.
  4. When rice is brown, add together water, tomato plant sauce, salt, garlic, cumin together with garlic pepper to pan.
  5. Stir together with comprehend pan. Let simmer for xl minutes. to an hour.
